About the SOJ Graduation Requirements Program

The program has been developed by professor Mario Rodriguez after reviewing several programs from international Teams and professors like : Gracie Academy, Rickson Gracie, Keenan Cornelius, Alliance, Roy Harris International, Gracie Barra and Pedro Sauer.

It is a guide to help students to have a reference system for knowing what is expected from them know at each moment of the learning process and for accessing the different belts in brazilian jiu jitsu.

It is also part of the methodological system that has at their disposal the Science of Jiu Jitsu Team professors  for the class planification using the Rotation Techniques System, and working systematically in the techniques of the program.

In the following link you can complete partially or totally the Quiz for the access to the four stripes of the white belt and to the Blue Belt.

Answer the White and Blue Belt requirements Quiz.

You can answer the quizz all the times you need it for practice.

Remember you will have to complete the corresponding part of the Quiz for accessing each stripe of the white belt and to the blue belt.

Even if you have completed the quiz several times, the professor will ask you to answer it before the graduation.

For the Purple, Brown and Black Belt you dont have to do any quizz but will you have to do positional rolls and perform some teaching scenarios in the case of the Black Belt.
